Sherry-Agave-Hazelnut Vinaigrette

Use to dress your favorite type of greens, vegetable salads or grilled meats, this amazing vinaigrette will become a favorite for signature dishes.


Ingredients:

½ Cups Nature’s Agave amber agave nectar
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
¼ Cup Shallots-minced
2 Tbs fresh Thyme Leaves
¾ Cup high quality sherry vinegar
½ Cup extra virgin olive oil
2½ Cup canola oil
¾ Cup hazelnut oil
2 Tablespoons salt
½ Teaspoon black pepper
¼ Cups chopped toasted hazelnuts

Method:

1.  Add agave, Dijon, thyme & sherry vinegar to a medium size mixing bowl and whisk all ingredients together well

2.  When mixture of previous ingredients start to bubble, add slowly, a few drops at a time at first (in order to form an emulsion) the virgin olive oil and then the canola oil and then the hazelnut oil, slowly increasing to a stream as you go along.

3. Season with salt and pepper
