yield: Makes three 8 oz. drinks

Give this a try for a healthy smoothie! Delicious and nutritious - the kids will love it, too!


Ingredients:

1 whole apple (remove peel if you prefer) - slice and put in Vitamix
Big handful of raw baby spinach leaves - don’t be stingy!
1/4 lime (skin too), and juice of 3 limes**
Ice - approx. 1 cup (add more to thicken)
3/4 cup frozen peaches
Water - approx 1/2 cup
3-4 Tablespoons Natures Agave Clear (taste and adjust for desired sweetness)

Optional for Adults only: Tequila (to make into Green Margarita)

Method:

Put it all into the Vitamix - blend until smooth - add more ice as needed to thicken.  Serve immediately.

**A Vitamix or emulsifier blender is best for this recipe, otherwise, use the juice from 4 limes and no lime peel.**
